(More customer reviews)I will admit I bought this book after hitting my limit on renewing it from the library. It's that good. I checked out 5 deck building books to review when planning my own backyard, covered deck. I kept coming back to this book for information and ideas. I returned all the other books when I realized this one was by far the best.
This book shows every step from removing grass to fancy designs to consider. I eventually bought this book because our deck building got delayed and I really wanted to have this book around when we started. I had thought I'd donate this book to my local library after I was done with it, but there are so many cool ideas in here that I'll probably end up keeping it and adding it to our library.
