(More customer reviews)This lovely hardcover is lavishly illustrated with renderings and photographs of small garden landscape designs created by landscaping professionals. It's a book that could provide ample food for thought for just about any small garden. I find myself leafing through it over and over, despite the fact that I've read nearly every page in detail. It's well and thoughtfully laid out. There is little detail about cultivars, materials, equipment or planting practices. This is a book for those who are already well versed in choosing the right plants for the right place. It would be a good handbook for someone who is running their own landscaping business, but could be equally helpful for someone who wishes only to improve their own small garden. I'm glad I found it. It will most definitely be used in the development of my own landscape.
